About Memixo

My name is Louis Gautherot, and I’m the founder of Memixo. This project was born from a personal experience.

When my grandparents passed away five years ago, I realized I had nothing left of them — no message, no video, no personal memory.

If a tool like Memixo had existed, I could have heard their voices one last time, seen their faces again, and received a message they would have left for me.

In my family, the bond was never very strong, and their passing left an emptiness inside me.

From that emptiness came the idea of a digital time capsule: an intimate space where anyone can record memories, words, images, or videos, and send them into the future — to someone they love, or to themselves.

On Memixo, you can schedule your capsules up to 10 years ahead, because I truly believe that some messages only take on their full meaning when they arrive at the right time.

Memixo is a platform dedicated to connection, memory, sharing, and kindness.

Today, I want to offer this service to everyone who wishes to say what matters before it’s too late, to leave a trace, or simply to schedule an emotion for the future.
