How do I change my password?
You can change your password directly from your personal account in the security settings.
How do I delete a Mixo?
You can delete a Mixo directly from your user dashboard. Deleting a capsule costs €5 per deleted capsule.
Until when can a Mixo be scheduled?
A Mixo can be scheduled for an opening date ranging from immediately up to a maximum of 10 years.
What does Memixo do with my personal data?
Your personal data is stored in an encrypted and secure database. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
Can I send a Mixo to multiple recipients?
Yes, you can select multiple recipients for the same Mixo. All of them will receive the programmed content on the chosen date. And if you want to send a Mixo to yourself, simply enter your own email address.
What should I do to properly schedule a Mixo?
To schedule a Mixo, it is absolutely essential to complete the steps for the message, the file, the date, and the recipient. Without these four steps, the Mixo cannot be locked.
